  • Maximize sales in the Commercial and Enterprise segments - Industry and Logistics, accelerating results and elevating commercial impact;
  • Continuously and consultatively manage and monitor clients in the Commercial and Enterprise segments - Industry and Logistics, identifying needs, proposing new solutions, and supporting their digital evolution;
  • Manage the entire sales cycle in identifying needs, preparing proposals, negotiating, and closing deals, ensuring a smooth experience until contractualization;
  • Ensure integrated management of provisioning and installation activities, promoting timely and quality delivery to clients;
  • Coordinate with internal areas the operational quality in customer service, billing, and collection processes associated with the client portfolio.

Technical Skills:

  • Higher Education in Management, Engineering, Economics or similar;
  • Experience in the ICT (Information and Communication Technology) and Telecommunications Market;
  • Experience in Business Analysis, including process mapping, requirements analysis, and interaction with different stakeholders;
  • Experience in consultative selling, acting as a partner to the client in defining the best solution;
  • Negotiation skills for commercial proposals to maximize impact and close business opportunities

Behavioral Skills:

  • Ability to influence different stakeholders, ensuring alignment, adherence, and convergence in strategic decisions;
  • Clear, structured communication skills aimed at high-level stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effectiveness;
  • Proactive attitude and orientation towards anticipating specific client needs. Effective emotional management in pressure and change contexts;
