Do you want to transform technological assets into strategic value?

In this role, you will manage contracts, licensing, and IT assets with rigor, efficiency, and a direct impact on the business, focusing on strategic governance and compliance of Hardware and Software contracts (this role does not involve technical support or Helpdesk).

🚀 How you can create impact:

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of contracts and software and hardware assets, from acquisition to renewal or closure;
  • Prepare acquisition requests, subscription, and maintenance of licensing, in collaboration with technical and procurement areas;
  • Manage Microsoft licensing, ensuring optimization and contractual compliance during audits and risk mitigation;
  • Participate in IT/IS projects and in the preparation of business cases associated with assets and contracts.

👉 What makes your application ideal:

  • Degree in Computer Science or a similar field
  • More than 5 years of experience in IT asset or contract management
  • Knowledge of software licensing models
  • Familiarity with system architectures, networks, and distributed platforms
  • Analytical thinking and efficiency orientation
  • High level of organization and rigor
  • Proactivity and anticipatory capacity
  • Orientation towards value creation and continuous improvement
