🚀 How you can create impact:

  • Ensure account management for business clients or operators, selling integrated communication solutions to maximize the company's presence across various customer segments and ensure service quality and customer loyalty;
  • Characterize the specific business details of each client in your portfolio and proactively detect/anticipate business opportunities to ensure the achievement of defined goals;
  • Control the provisioning and implementation of sold products and services, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction;
  • Monitor sales performance, ensuring service quality in the sale and post-sale of the client portfolio.

👉 What makes your application ideal:

Technical Skills:

  • Higher Education in Management, Engineering, Economics, or similar;
  • Consolidated career in the commercial area with at least 10 years of experience;
  • Knowledge of Convergent Solutions in the Business Market;
  • Experience in consultative selling, acting as a partner to the client in defining the best solution;
  • Ability to negotiate commercial proposals to maximize impact and close business opportunities;
  • Experience in using planning, management, and sales activity control systems, ensuring tracking of objectives, commercial performance, and business indicators.

Behavioral Skills:

  • Ability to influence different stakeholders, ensuring alignment, adherence, and convergence in strategic decisions;
  • Clear, structured, and communication capacity oriented to high-level interlocutors, ensuring alignment and effectiveness;
  • Proactive attitude and oriented towards anticipating specific client needs. Effective management of emotions in pressure and change contexts;
  • Flexibility and adaptability to dynamic and ever-evolving contexts.
