Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a System Administrator based in Lisbon, with some work-from-home flexibility. The System Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT systems, performing technical troubleshooting, addressing system issues, and providing technical support to ensure seamless operations. The role also involves network administration tasks, ensuring the company's IT infrastructure is secure, efficient, and up-to-date. Regular responsibilities include monitoring system performance, implementing upgrades, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize technical resources, follow and support Development teams in system integration and deploy to production.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in System Administration and troubleshooting technical issues
Experience in providing effective Technical Support and resolving IT-related problems
Proficiency in Network Administration and maintaining secure and reliable network environments
Broad knowledge of Information Technology fundamentals and best practices
Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting
Proven knowledge and expertise in managing and integrating several Operating Systems
Relevant certifications are advantageous
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
