About the Electromechanical Technician Job

Mission

Ensure the maintenance, diagnosis, and monitoring of the electromechanical systems associated with the operation and management of highways, including toll systems, road telematics, and electrical infrastructures, ensuring their availability and compliance with defined service levels.

Main Responsibilities

Maintenance of Systems

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities on toll systems, road telematics, and operational support equipment.
  • Ensure the maintenance of electrical infrastructures.
  • Monitor the operation of systems and diagnose technical anomalies.
  • Manage and update the inventory and technical documentation of equipment.
  • Track performance indicators, availability, and SLA.
  • Ensure compliance with requirements and contractual obligations.

Management of Interventions

  • Plan and execute technical maintenance interventions.
  • Monitor interventions performed by external service providers.

Technical Support and Projects

  • Support the development, improvement, and implementation of new systems or equipment.
  • Collaborate on technological projects related to road operations.

Requirements

Training / Technical Knowledge

  • Solid knowledge in electricity, electronics, telecommunications, and automation.
  • Ability to interpret technical schematics.
  • Experience in handling measurement and monitoring equipment.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access).
  • Knowledge of computer networks (Ethernet, LAN, TCP/IP) is valued.

Certifications

  • Professional electrician license or technical training in the electromechanical field.
  • Training in Occupational Health and Safety.

Experience

  • Minimum experience of 3 to 5 years in similar roles.
  • Experience in maintenance of toll systems, road telematics, and electrical installations.
  • Experience in road concessions will be valued.

Languages

  • Fluent in Portuguese.
  • Intermediate English.
