About our client

Our client aims to strengthen its Information Systems Department by integrating an IT Operations Manager, responsible for managing the corporate technology infrastructure, ensuring the availability, evolution, and security of IT services.

Responsibilities will include technical and operational coordination, with a strong focus on infrastructure architecture, vendor management, and implementation of strategic projects.

Main Responsibilities

Coordination

  • Define the strategy for infrastructure, networks, and communications;
  • Manage vendors and technology contracts;
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs;
  • Manage the budget for the area;
  • Define IT policies and procedures;
  • Develop technical documentation and manuals;
  • Act as a Business Partner with different areas of the Group;
  • Coordinate technological modernization projects;
  • Coordinate with Development, BI, Support and Cybersecurity teams.

Engineering and Operations

  • Manage hybrid infrastructures (On-Premises and Cloud);
  • Manage Windows and Linux environments;
  • Manage Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra), DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies;
  • Manage Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform);
  • Manage VMware, Hyper-V, and Proxmox environments;
  • Manage Backup solutions (Veeam and KeepIT);
  • Manage corporate networks, switching, VLANs, Wi-Fi, and MPLS;
  • Manage Fortinet and Check Point Firewalls;
  • Manage Cloud environments (Azure, AWS, and GCP);
  • Manage Data Center infrastructure;
  • Manage VoIP, multimedia, and video conference platforms;
  • Promote automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of infrastructure.

Ongoing Projects

  • Renewal of server infrastructure;
  • Modernization of the virtualization platform;
  • Renewal of the corporate network;
  • Implementation of the Disaster Recovery strategy;
  • Evolution of Cloud environments.

Profile

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles;
  • Experience in complex enterprise environments;
  • Solid knowledge in:
  • Knowledge of ITIL;
  • Fluent in English.
