We are looking for a Hot and Cold Forging Engineer to join a project with one of our clients in the automotive and defense sector.

Responsibilities and Tasks of the Role

  • Ability to conduct product testing and analyze failures.
  • Able to determine the feasibility of the product.
  • Analyzes engineering sketches, specifications, and related data and drawings.
  • Interacts with production and sales to ensure that product objectives and production capacity are achieved.
  • Uses computer-aided design/drafting equipment and software to develop designs.
  • Ability to coordinate and lead meetings and project reviews.
  • Ability to communicate and assist customers, engineers, and external sales representatives.
  • Ability to make presentations to internal and external customers.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred but not essential).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years, with proven experience in Hot and Cold Forging processes.
  • Languages: Portuguese (preferred), otherwise English.
  • Tech Stack: Knowledge in Solidworks, Autodesk Fusion, QForm simulation, or similar.
