What we are looking for:

+6 years of experience as a UX Designer.
Proven ability to define and maintain a strategic product vision in complex, large-scale environments.
Strong understanding of user-centered product development and prioritization techniques.
Experience working in cross-functional and multi-stakeholder environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain focused and effective under pressure.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Living in Lisbon (hybrid role).
Fluent level of English.
