What we are looking for:

- +6 years of experience as a UX Designer.

- Proven ability to define and maintain a strategic product vision in complex, large-scale environments.

- Strong understanding of user-centered product development and prioritization techniques.

- Experience working in cross-functional and multi-stakeholder environments.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain focused and effective under pressure.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Living in Lisbon, Porto or Braga (hybrid role).

- Fluent level of English.
