What is this challenge about:

- Developing, configuring and maintaining the ServiceNow platform to ensure performance, scalability and reliability;

- Designing and optimizing workflows, service catalogs, forms, automations and integrations within the ServiceNow ecosystem;

- Translating Service Management requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions;

- Ensuring platform stability through structured implementations and best practices;

- Managing platform updates and upgrades while minimizing risks to production environments;

- Troubleshooting complex technical issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term solutions;

- Contributing to continuous improvement of platform performance, security and operational efficiency;

- Supporting automation and innovation initiatives to enhance service delivery.

What we are looking for

- +3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or similar ITSM role;

- Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow (workflows, service catalog, integrations);

- Experience with scripting (JavaScript) and API integrations;

- Good understanding of ITIL and Service Management processes;

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;

- Ability to deliver scalable, well-structured and maintainable solutions;

- Proactive mindset with strong technical autonomy;

- Fluent level of English & Portuguese (mandatory);

- Availability to work hybrid 2x per week in Porto;

- Candidates must be residing already in Portugal.
