The Challenge

We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join a skilled product and engineering team working on high-impact international projects.

You will:

- Design and deliver intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications;

- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify pain points and improve user journeys;

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD;

- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs;

- Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components;

- Apply best practices in responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and usability standards;

- Work with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into design solutions;

- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute actively to cross-functional collaboration;

- Stay up to date with the latest UX/UI trends, design patterns, and tools.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio of web and mobile projects;

- Solid knowledge of design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar);

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility;

- Experience creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows;

- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design approaches;

- Ability to work collaboratively with developers, product owners, and stakeholders;

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic frontend concepts is a plus;

- Strong communication and presentation skills to explain design decisions;

- Comfortable working in Agile teams with Git, Jira, and Confluence;

- Fluency in English (minimum B2).
