About this challenge

- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, leading at least two engineering teams with a deep understanding of the different user profiles (CISO, AppSec Manager, among others) and their needs.

- Execute the roadmap in collaboration with a cross-functional team of developers, QA, and Program Manager, ensuring continuous delivery of value to the customer.

- Collaborate with the Head of Product Management to define and prioritize the backlog, creating epics and user stories while using data to guide the prioritization of features and quality improvements.

- Work closely with developers, sales, R&D, support, and other product managers to deliver releases that meet business needs and integrate seamlessly into the company’s unified platform.

- Act as a thought leader, ensuring impactful and integrated customer experiences.

What we are looking for

- More than 5 years of experience as a Product Manager.

- Proven experience with B2B SaaS/Cloud products.

- Strong technical knowledge with hands-on experience using data tools (e.g., Gainsight, Pendo).

- Ability to effectively communicate technical requirements with development teams and internal stakeholders.

- Experience with agile methodologies and MVP approaches.

- Analytical skills, structured and data-driven to solve problems, prioritizing complex and multidimensional challenges.

- Residence in Braga (Hybrid role)

- Fluent level in English.
