What is this challenge about

- Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of technical projects, from planning to execution

- Manage cross-functional teams of developers, QA, product owners, and business analysts

- Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements

- Monitor project scope, timeline, and budget, ensuring risks are mitigated early

- Ensure high delivery standards, quality assurance, and adherence to best practices

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement across teams and delivery processes

- Work closely with Product Managers to prioritize features and ensure business value

- Support the team in removing blockers and ensuring a productive development environment

- Provide reporting on delivery progress, KPIs, and status updates to senior management

What we are looking for

- +5 years experience as a Delivery manager.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks, with practical experience in running Agile teams

- Technical background or experience working closely with software engineering teams

- Functional knowledge to bridge the gap between business and tech (experience in interpreting requirements and managing client expectations)

- Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

- Agile certification (Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, SAFe, etc.) is a plus

- Proactive profile, well-organized, and good communication skills

- Understanding Agile methodologies.

- Living in Lisbon (Hybrid role)

- Fluent level of English.
