About KWAN

What we are looking for:

Minimum of 4 years of professional experience;
Ability to design data structures that serve both operational control and analytical interpretation without compromising system stability;
Ability to design data models for operational systems, configuration data, historical records, and analytics-ready datasets.
Ability to prepare structured data for dashboards, KPI visualization, analytics, and reporting;
Experience in Data Platform Builder;
Expertise in Database Design & Data Modeling - strong experience with relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL;
Ability to build a data foundation that supports configuration, product parameters, dashboards, analytics, KPIs, and customer reporting;
Knowledge of data lifecycle, retention, archival, backups, auditability, and traceability;
Experience creating clean interfaces for backend services, frontend dashboards, analytics pipelines, and reporting tools;
Ability to define data contracts, naming conventions, migration strategies, and ownership boundaries;
Knowledge of data quality, data validation, lineage, and governance as engineering topics;
Hybrid work model (2x per week in Lisbon);
Fluent in English.
