What is this challenge about
- Analyze business requirements and document integration needs
- Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows and data integrations across systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, Jira, NetSuite, HubSpot)
- Implement and configure middleware or low-code/no-code tools (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier, Make.com) to support seamless data flow
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand integration needs and deliver scalable solutions
- Troubleshoot integration issues and resolve data inconsistencies or failures in automation
- Monitor, optimize, and maintain existing integrations for performance, reliability, and scalability
- Conduct rigorous testing to validate integration accuracy and system stability priorities in a dynamic environment
- Problem-solving — proactive in identifying and resolving integration issues

What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- +5 years experience with system integrations, workflow automation, or middleware tools
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data protocols like REST, JSON, and XML
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Power Automate, Zapier, or Make.com
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365, Jira, NetSuite, HubSpot)
- Knowledge of JavaScript or Python is a plus
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira
- Good understanding of data quality, integration security, and error handling
- Ability to facilitate and lead team working sessions;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Living in Lisbon (hybrid role).
