What is this challenge about
- Act as the primary owner for assigned applications, ensuring they meet business goals and user expectations.
- Monitor application performance, collect user feedback, and identify opportunities for improvements and optimization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, business units, and external vendors to support and enhance application functionality.
- Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Conduct analysis of business needs to ensure applications fulfill both functional and non-functional specifications.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to collect user input, define priorities, and support enhancement planning.
- Oversee the rollout of application updates, patches, and new features while minimizing operational disruptions.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation covering application configurations, usage procedures, and technical processes.
- Provide user training and create support materials to promote effective application usage.
- Handle user support queries and coordinate with IT teams to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure that applications adhere to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and security best practices.
- Perform regular audits and reviews to ensure integrity, compliance, and optimal performance of applications.
- Generate and analyze reports on application usage, performance, and user satisfaction.
- Use data insights to recommend improvements and drive continuous innovation.

What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- +6 years experience in application management, product ownership, or a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience working across departments.
- Experience with project management tools and techniques is considered a plus.
- Fluent level of English.
- Fluent level of French.
- Living in Porto (hybrid role).
