The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist – IT & Data, you will be primarily focused on recruitment delivery (95%), supporting hiring needs across international markets, including India, EMEA, and APAC.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys sourcing, engaging, assessing, and closing talent, particularly within IT, Data, and Digital profiles. You will work closely with hiring managers and international stakeholders, contributing directly to hiring outcomes and being rewarded through a commission plan per successful hire.

Job location: Portugal (Hybrid Model in Porto or Lisbon)

Contract type: Fixed-term 6 months - with high possibility to become permanent.

Target start date: February

Working hours: Full-time (40h/week)

Compensation: €19,000 – €21,500 gross per year + Commission plan.

Your Impact

In this role, you will:

- Own and execute end-to-end recruitment processes, from role intake to offer stage.

- Actively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, and talent mapping.

- Recruit for IT, Data, and Digital roles, with a clear understanding of profiles such as:

- Data Engineers

- Data Analysts

- Software Developers

- BI, QA, Cloud, and related tech roles

- Build and manage strong talent pipelines across multiple geographies.

- Screen and interview candidates, assessing both technical alignment and cultural fit.

- Review, analyse, and optimise CVs before presenting them to hiring managers or clients.

- Maintain accurate and structured records in the ATS (TeamTailor), ensuring process discipline and data quality.

- Partner closely with hiring managers to align expectations, priorities, and timelines.

- Contribute to employer branding and LinkedIn visibility, supporting Keyrus’ presence in the talent market.

- Track recruitment activity and results, contributing to performance reporting and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

Must-haves

- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within IT / Data / Technology recruitment.

- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.

- Ability to read, assess, and improve CVs before submission.

- Experience recruiting in international contexts.

- Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with candidates and stakeholders.

- Fluent in English.

- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes in parallel.

- Proactive, delivery-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.

- Fluency in English.

- Must be a Portuguese or European citizen, or hold a valid work permit for Portugal.

Nice-to-haves

- Experience recruiting in India, EMEA, and/or APAC markets.

- Background in consulting or international environments.

- Additional language skills such as German, Spanish, or French.

- Familiarity with ATS platforms (TeamTailor is a plus).

- Interest in AI, automation, and modern recruiting tools.
