🎯 The Role

At Keyrus, we help organisations unlock the full value of their data. We are looking for a Data Consultant with strong experience in Qlik Sense (and ideally Power BI) to support data-driven decision-making within logistics and supply chain environments.

You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights through analytical dashboards and reports.

📍 Job location: Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid when needed)🗓 Target start date: June 2026⏰ Working hours: Full-time (40h/week)

💵 Compensation: 35k to a 45k gross salary.

💥 Your Impact

In this role, you will:

• Develop, maintain, and optimise interactive dashboards using Qlik Sense (Power BI knowledge is a strong plus)
• Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyse large datasets efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with logistics and business teams to:
• Simplify and streamline existing processes.
• Identify issues in current systems and propose enhancements.
• Explore, design, and recommend new data-driven solutions.
• Understand business needs and translate them into meaningful analytical insights.
• Support the creation of dashboards that directly support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Actively engage with business users, applying a critical, solution-oriented, and value-driven mindset.

👤 What We’re Looking For

Must-haves

• Strong hands-on experience with Qlik Sense.
• Solid proficiency in SQL, with experience working on large and complex datasets.
• Ability to independently explore data and identify relevant insights.
• Experience in logistics or supply chain projects is a plus.
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus (Qlik Sense and Power BI preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work closely with business users, understand their needs, and propose tailored analytical solutions.
• Strong critical thinking skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Fluency in English.
• Must be a Portuguese or European citizen, or hold a valid work permit for Portugal.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in consulting environments.
• Exposure to international or multicultural projects.
