An international Automotive Technology environment is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist focused on Outbound Operations to strengthen its Supply Chain Management team.

This role is ideal for professionals passionate about logistics optimization, outbound operations, and process excellence, contributing to the development of efficient and scalable supply chain solutions while ensuring alignment with customer demands and operational standards.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Participate in Supply Chain projects and continuous improvement initiatives to prepare operations for current and future requirements.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices, operational standards, and excellence processes within Supply Chain.
• Support cross-functional teams in implementing operational changes and executing improvement projects.
• Collaborate in defining and implementing Supply Chain Management standards and frameworks.
• Support system development and implementation of SCM-related IT solutions.
• Promote and implement operational excellence processes in areas such as freight operations and customer order management.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, managing the benefit tracking database and sharing best practices for central inventory management.
• Define and implement KPIs and OPIs to monitor operational performance and efficiency.
• Establish and support a demand coordination structure across supply chain operations.
• Develop supply chain solutions aligned with customer needs and regulatory requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Supply Chain Specialist with a focus on Outbound Operations or Customer Outbound Management, or similar roles.
• Experience with global material flow management, logistics processes, and system rollouts.
• Experience in project management and change management initiatives.
• Strong financial awareness and analytical skills.
