We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Escalation & Migration Specialist to manage critical cases and ensure smooth ERP rollout and migration projects.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary resource for managing critical case assignments during parallel rollouts or high-risk project situations.
  • Act as the first responder for critical issues impacting project timelines and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with technical and functional teams to remove blockers efficiently and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain escalation logs and provide transparent reporting of critical issues to management.
  • Implement preventive measures to reduce recurring issues and enhance process resilience.
  • Communicate status updates and resolution plans promptly to stakeholders and leadership.

Years of Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in ERP project management, issue resolution, escalation handling, or data migration projects.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA migration programs or large-scale ERP rollouts is mandatory.

Functional Skills

  • Strong understanding of ERP rollout processes, data migration dependencies, and business-critical workflows.
  • Ability to analyze root causes and propose preventive measures for recurring issues.
  • Skilled in risk assessment, contingency planning, and prioritization under pressure.

Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with automotive SAP S/4HANA target architectures and data migration processes, particularly for migrating non-regulated, non-SAP systems into S/4HANA.
  • Knowledge of integration points within SAP landscapes.
  • Experience with incident management and escalation tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and dashboards for tracking critical cases.
  • Experience with Agile or hybrid project management frameworks.
  • Knowledge of incident and escalation management best practices.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including under high-pressure situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in time-sensitive scenarios.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask during parallel rollouts.
  • Calm, structured, and methodical approach to managing crises and escalations.
