🚀 Role Overview

You will play a key role in Application Production Support, handling incidents, service requests, and monitoring activities, while contributing to continuous service improvement in a dynamic and critical environment.

This role involves shift work and on-call rotations, supporting business-critical applications in the Wealth Management domain.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Provide Application Production Support for data platform applications and tools.
• Manage and resolve incidents and service requests with strong SLAs.
• Analyze system, middleware, and application logs to identify root causes.
• Ensure service monitoring, reporting, and availability.
• Collaborate with business teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and problem management.
• Reduce recurring incidents through proactive analysis and optimization.

🎯 Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Unix / Linux and Shell Scripting.
• Experience with Databases (Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL).
• Understanding of Data Warehousing / Data Platforms.
• Experience with Autosys (scheduling tools).
• Knowledge of Middleware (MQ, Tomcat).
• Exposure to Cloud computing environments.
• Familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
