As a Senior Technical Support Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading organization in financial information systems, dedicated to maintaining and optimizing finance, accounting, and procurement systems. O que vais fazer
- Provide first-level support for incident management and user requests, ensuring swift resolution of issues
- Conduct corrective maintenance to resolve system anomalies and reduce downtime
- Execute and support unit testing for system updates and improvements
- Contribute to continuous service quality enhancement through proactive monitoring and support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system evolutions and upgrades
- Document incidents, solutions, and technical procedures to maintain comprehensive records
O que é pedido
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in technical support or IT systems maintenance, preferably within financial or regulatory environments
- Strong technical skills in financial systems, IT support, or related areas
- Experience with incident management and troubleshooting complex issues
- Good command of English; proficiency in French is essential
- English (Communicative level)
- French (Proficient level)
- Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role
