Senior Technical Lead – Software Development

As a Senior Technical Lead – Software Development, you will be working for our client, a leader in financial services innovation, dedicated to transforming banking systems with cutting-edge technology. Join a dynamic team responsible for designing and implementing high-quality solutions that drive digital excellence and operational efficiency. This role offers a platform for impactful leadership and professional growth in a forward-thinking environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design of user stories and features following CAA standards, with a focus on non-functional requirements.
• Ensure adherence to best practices within the squad, including peer review, unit test automation, and development standards.
• Cascading the train’s technical architecture and design priorities down to the squad level.
• Specify and validate technical enablers, managing technical debt, and updating documentation according to standards.
• Oversee the integration of components into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring testing and compliance with non-functional requirements.
• Support technical upskilling initiatives within the team, fostering continuous improvement.
• Drive the implementation of prioritized technical industrialization actions across the squad.
• Maintain and regularly update the Debt Score for all components within your scope relative to Golden Rules.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 4 years of experience in software development or technical leadership.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex systems following industry best practices.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, integration, and testing.
• Experience with technical documentation and CI/CD processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with French being a plus.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with banking or financial sector software.
• Certifications or practical knowledge related to software architecture or DevOps practices.

Language required for the role:

• English: Communicative level
• French: Good command
