As a Senior Splunk Enterprise Monitoring Specialist, you will be working for our client, a global leader in IT innovation delivering cutting-edge solutions and services. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting and enhancing enterprise monitoring infrastructure, enabling organizations to transform their operational insights and drive strategic decisions. Your main responsibilities:

• Support and optimize various monitoring tools: Splunk, Opentelemetry, Cribl, Solarwinds, Dynatrace
• Automate routine tasks and processes using Ansible to improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with development and production teams to migrate to the new Splunk (Enterprise and ITSI) platform, including dashboard and metric creation
• Propose and implement improvements to tools, processes, and KPIs for enhanced performance and insights

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT Operations and Monitoring
• Expertise in Splunk Enterprise and Splunk ITSI
• Knowledge of Cribl and capacity to build impactful dashboards
• Proficiency in English (Fluent level)
• Experience with automation tools like Ansible
• Ability to support migration and improve monitoring processes

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications in Splunk or related tools
• Experience with OpenTelemetry or similar observability solutions
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Bash

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent English
