As a Senior ServiceNow Technical Lead, you will be working for our client, a leader in enterprise digital solutions. You will play a pivotal role in driving the technical strategy, governance, and long-term success of the ServiceNow platform, delivering innovative solutions that optimize workflows and elevate organizational efficiency.
O que vais fazer
- Define and maintain the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform to ensure scalability and maintainability
- Lead the design, configuration, and development of robust ServiceNow solutions aligned with best practices
- Review and validate technical designs, configurations, and custom developments to ensure upgrade readiness and platform stability
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and administrators
- Design complex workflows, Service Catalog items, integrations, and automations to meet business needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Oversee platform performance, security, reliability, and ensure compliance with organizational standards
- Participate in platform roadmap planning and identify opportunities for leveraging new ServiceNow capabilities
O que é pedido
- 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform development and architecture
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow design, configuration, and scripting
- Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring teams
- Knowledge of platform governance, upgrade management, and integrations
- Fluent in English
- Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role
Valorizado
- Strong understanding of CMDB and platform security best practices is a significant plus
- Certifications in ServiceNow (e.g., CIS, CSA)
- Experience with platform performance optimization and complex workflows
