As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will be working for our client, a strategic France’s second-largest banking group. You will drive high-impact IT obsolescence and legacy migration initiatives that shape the future of financial services. Join a pioneering internal consulting unit dedicated to complex transformation projects that make a real difference across the Group.
Your main responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale legacy migration and IT obsolescence projects within the financial sector.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across to ensure project alignment and transparency.
- Develop and implement robust project management methodologies, including change control and risk mitigation.
- Manage project teams and resources, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Contribute to the development of consulting services and continuously improve project approaches.
- Foster knowledge sharing by capturing lessons learned and supporting internal best practices.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within large corporations or financial groups.
- Proven experience managing legacy system migrations and handling IT obsolescence projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, especially within international and banking environments.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills in English and French (both mandatory).
- Ability to operate effectively in a hybrid work environment with up to 3 remote days per week.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Prior experience working within or with international financial institutions.
- Knowledge of banking systems or financial technology solutions.
Language Required for the role:
- Fluent proficiency in English and French (both mandatory).
