As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will be working for our client, a leading organization in the banking sector dedicated to leveraging technology to redefine financial services. Your main responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate software projects, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
- Manage and motivate cross-functional teams, overseeing resources and performance.
- Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to plan, track, and optimize project functionalities.
- Interact with IT and business stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
- Create, monitor, and analyze KPIs to measure project success and continuous improvement.
- Maintain project documentation and communicate effectively across all levels.
- Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to mitigate potential issues.
- Manage delivery timelines, budgets, and compliance standards effectively.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in software project and team management within a senior role.
- Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and best practices.
- Proven track record in delivery management and stakeholder communication.
- Proficiency in JIRA and project planning tools.
- Experience working within banking or financial sectors (preferred).
- Technical background or familiarity with banking systems (nice to have).
- PMI certification or equivalent (a plus).
Language Required for the role:
- Fluent in English and French.
