As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will be working for our client, a leading organization in the banking sector dedicated to leveraging technology to redefine financial services. You will play a pivotal role in managing high-impact software projects, empowering teams, and fostering agile excellence to deliver innovative solutions that shape the future of banking. Your main responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate software projects, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
  • Manage and motivate cross-functional teams, overseeing resources and performance.
  • Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to plan, track, and optimize project functionalities.
  • Interact with IT and business stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
  • Create, monitor, and analyze KPIs to measure project success and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain project documentation and communicate effectively across all levels.
  • Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to mitigate potential issues.
  • Manage delivery timelines, budgets, and compliance standards effectively.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in software project and team management within a senior role.
  • Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and best practices.
  • Proven track record in delivery management and stakeholder communication.
  • Proficiency in JIRA and project planning tools.
  • Experience working within banking or financial sectors (preferred).
  • Technical background or familiarity with banking systems (nice to have).
  • PMI certification or equivalent (a plus).

Language Required for the role:

  • Fluent in English and French.
