Lisbon-based opportunity with hybrid work model (3 days from home per week).

As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will be working for our client in the banking industry, transforming UX/UI designs into sleek, high-performance web interfaces. You will play a key role in crafting innovative digital banking solutions that elevate user engagement and ensure robust cross-device compatibility.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Transform UX/UI designs into fully functional, responsive web interfaces using VueJS.
  • Ensure high performance and code compatibility across various devices and browsers.
  • Optimize user experience for speed, accessibility, and usability.
  • Maintain, update, and document code, fixing bugs and implementing improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with back-end teams to integrate APIs and enhance functionality.
  • Apply best practices in UI/UX, including accessibility standards like RGAA.
  • Participate actively in Agile development cycles and contribute to project innovations.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in front-end development, particularly in banking or finance sectors.
  • Strong proficiency in VueJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience with API integrations, especially RES/WSO2.
  • Skills in app deployment and management using Kubernetes, AWS, ArgoCD, GitLab, CICD, Helm.
  • Excellent technical analysis and optimization capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and credit-related projects.
  • An interest in UI/UX design and accessibility standards.
  • Fluency in English and French (B1 level).

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Additional certifications in front-end development or UI/UX.
  • Experience with RGAA accessibility standards.

Language Required for the role:

  • Fluent in English and French (B1).
