Senior DevSecOps Engineer – CI/CD and Kubernetes Expert

Lisbon-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 2 remote days per week).
As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer, you will be working for our client, a leader in applying advanced CI/CD solutions and container orchestration to elevate platform performance and security. You’ll support and maintain critical infrastructure, enhancing user support, streamlining platform operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, automated solutions in a dynamic environment.
Your main responsibilities:
- Assist users with CI/CD tools and Kubernetes, providing troubleshooting, support, and automation solutions.
- Develop and implement Jenkins pipelines, Ansible playbooks, and other technical templates.
- Handle incidents related to platform operations, ensuring reliable and secure infrastructure.
- Propose operational KPIs and present performance insights to optimize platform health.
- Collaborate with Solution Teams, business units, and external vendors to align on project goals and operational excellence.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- Over 6 years of experience in DevSecOps, CI/CD, or platform support.
- Strong expertise in Jenkins, GitLab CI, JFrog Artifactory, Sonar, ArgoCD, Bash, Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD pipeline and container security best practices.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve Kubernetes or pipeline issues swiftly.
- Familiarity with vulnerability scanning, incident management, and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of advanced software architecture and cybersecurity standards (GDPR, OWASP, ISO 27001, etc.).
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Certifications in Kubernetes, DevSecOps, or Security standards.
- Experience with compliance frameworks such as PCI-DSS, CIS, NIST.
- Fluency in French (C1 level) and good command of English.
Language Required for the role:
- Fluent English and French (C1).
