As a Senior Cloud Engineer – AI Platform Infrastructure, you will be working for an innovative leader in AI technology, dedicated to transforming the way organizations deploy and manage intelligent solutions. Your main responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design and lifecycle of AWS Bedrock AgentCore and Step Function ecosystems, ensuring security, multi-tenancy, and optimal performance.
- Act as the primary liaison between executive stakeholders and engineering teams, translating strategic AI roadmaps into actionable developer experience improvements.
- Develop and automate robust CI/CD pipelines for AI workloads, including model evaluations, infrastructure as code, and seamless agent deployment.
- Champion observability for AI systems by leading root cause analysis of non-deterministic agent behaviors and mentoring teams on building reliable, resilient platforms.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enable scalable and efficient AI operations within a multi-tenant environment.
- Maintain and optimize containerized microservices using Kubernetes and Docker, supporting multi-disciplinary development needs.
- Implement security and governance best practices via Vault, Cedar/OPA, and IAM policies.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- 8+ years of experience in cloud engineering or related fields with a focus on AI infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in AWS services, including IAM, Networking, and Bedrock AgentCore.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock, AWS Step Functions, Terraform, and Github Actions.
- Proficiency in containerization using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Familiarity with multi-tenant platform development and developer experience tools such as Backstage.
- Strong understanding of security and governance technologies like Vault, Cedar, or OPA.
- Experience with observability tools such as Datadog, CloudWatch, or LangSmith.
- Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Practical knowledge of vector databases (OpenSearch, Pinecone, Milvus) and retrieval strategies.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Certifications in AWS or cloud security.
- Experience working with Artifactory or similar artifact management tools.
- Knowledge of advanced AI monitoring and diagnostic techniques.
Language Required for the role:
- Communicative English — clear written and spoken communication essential for effective collaboration.
