As a Senior Business Analyst – Wealth Valuation & Performance Calculation, you will be working for our client, a leading financial services provider in the banking industry. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the rewrite and modernization of critical wealth management applications, enabling the delivery of accurate valuations and performance analysis across multiple asset classes. Your main responsibilities:

• Contribute to the scope, rules, and user journeys of the application rewrite and modernization project, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops with subject-matter experts to clarify valuation rules, performance methodologies, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications, including calculation rules, input/output data, and test criteria.
• Develop and execute comprehensive functional, integration, and regression tests with multi-asset datasets, ensuring traceability from requirements to validation.
• Manage defect resolution processes, coordinating with developers and stakeholders until issues are resolved.
• Prepare and coordinate production releases, ensuring consistency of valuation and performance results.
• Collaborate with Solutions and Business teams to align technical choices with architecture and data models.
• Engage with developers for clarification, support, and validation during the build and testing phases.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a banking IT environment.
• Deep knowledge of position valuation and performance calculation across securities, derivatives, FX, loans, and deposits.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, functional specification writing, and testing.
• Hands-on experience with Agile or hybrid project environments.
• Proficiency in SQL, Jira, and Confluence.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English at C1 level or higher.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with wealth management or front-office processes.
• Knowledge of Java, COBOL migration, or related technologies.

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent English (C1 level).
