Senior business analyst - digital banking projects

As a Senior Business Analyst – Digital Banking Projects, you will be working for our client, a leader in digital banking solutions. This role is pivotal in driving major projects that enhance customer experience and streamline banking operations through innovative digital solutions. Your main responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end analysis of digital banking projects, facilitating seamless communication between business and technical teams.
• Capture, document, and validate business needs, translating them into clear functional specifications.
• Conduct workshops and engage stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and ensure alignment.
• Develop user stories, test cases, and acceptance criteria to support project delivery.
• Coordinate the testing strategy, including non-regression and user acceptance testing, ensuring quality standards.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams during deployment phases, ensuring successful implementation.
• Act as a trusted advisor for production support, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to documentation updates and security compliance for ongoing and new projects.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within digital banking or financial services.
• Strong functional expertise in banking processes and digital solutions.
• Excellent command of English and French, with proven ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Technical affinity, with understanding of IT architectures, test strategies, and system integration.
• Demonstrated capability to work autonomously, adapt to change, and handle multiple stakeholder interactions.
• Knowledge of security standards and procedures in banking environments.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications related to Agile, Business Analysis, or Banking.
• Knowledge of relevant digital banking platforms or technologies.
• Experience working in a multicultural, international environment.
• Proficiency in additional languages.

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
