As a Senior Business Analyst – CRM & Software Testing, you will be working for our client, a leading financial services provider within the Crédit Agricole Group. You will contribute to managing the full lifecycle and relationship of high-value clients using innovative software solutions, specifically from Wealth Dynamix. Your expertise will help bridge business needs with technical solutions, ensuring software quality and operational efficiency, fostering growth and innovation in wealth management.
Your main responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements, translate them into detailed technical specifications, and document processes effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple regions, including Portugal, Switzerland, and Singapore, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including functional, regression, and performance testing, to guarantee software quality.
- Validate data, spreadsheets, and cross-system information to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Support requirement gathering sessions and participate in agile and waterfall project phases.
- Maintain clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues efficiently, providing solutions to improve process flows and software performance.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in CRM or CLM environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365.
- Deep understanding of SDLC and agile project methodologies.
- Proven skills in requirements collection, stakeholder management, and process modeling.
- Experience with various testing techniques (functional, regression, performance).
- Excellent organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is mandatory.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Certifications in Business Analysis or Testing.
- Experience with technical writing or data validation.
Language Required for the role:
- Fluent English (full professional proficiency).
- French (mandatory, intermediate level).
