As a Mid-Level Test Lead, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the information technology sector committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions. Your role will focus on managing and executing testing processes to ensure product excellence, supporting our client's mission to transform digital experiences across industries.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate testing activities using ALM, QC, Jira, and ISTQB standards.
• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and track defects.
• Ensure testing aligns with project deadlines, quality standards, and client requirements.
• Support automation efforts and continuous improvement initiatives in testing processes.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior testing team members.
• Communicate testing progress and issues effectively to stakeholders in English and French.
• Maintain a flexible working schedule of up to 2 remote days per week.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 2+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of ALM, QC, Jira, and ISTQB methodologies.
• Proven experience in test planning, execution, and defect tracking.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional fluency in French is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, with good time management.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• ISTQB certification or other relevant testing certifications.
• Experience working in international or multicultural teams.

Language Required for the role:

• Communicative command of English and French.
