As a PMO, you will be working for our client, a dynamic organization committed to optimizing business performance. You will provide essential support to the Business Unit Director, ensuring smooth administrative operations, compliance, and effective reporting—driving efficiency and strategic decision-making across teams. Your main responsibilities:

  • Act as the right-hand support to the Business Unit director, managing administrative tasks and ensuring seamless operations.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with company processes within the teams.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant information in internal tools related to the Business Unit.
  • Create reports and KPIs for Committees, enabling data-driven decisions.
  • Produce activity reports and recommend improvements or corrective measures.
  • Oversee staffing requests, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Implement and utilize company project management tools within the Business Unit.
  • Update BU procedures to reflect current best practices.
  • Control timesheets and perform monthly reconciliation of time records.
  • Prepare and manage monthly billing activities.

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in similar administrative or coordination functions.
  • High attention to detail, with rigorous analytical skills.
  • A proactive, dynamic approach and strong team collaboration skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Office tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint; knowledge of PowerBI is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in both English and French at a B2 level or higher.

It is a strong plus if you have:

  • Experience with project management tools and reporting software.

Language Required for the role:

  • English (Communicative level)
  • French (B2 level or higher)
