As a Mid-Level Oracle HCM Developer, you will be working for our client, a leader in HR systems and data analysis. You will help develop and enhance Oracle HCM solutions to improve HR processes, enabling organizations to make data-driven decisions and optimize their human capital strategies. This role offers exciting growth opportunities within a forward-thinking environment.
Your main responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and implement Oracle HCM modules following best practices and business requirements.
- Analyze HR data models and processes to identify improvements and technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver high-quality deliverables on time.
- Assist in data analysis and reporting to support HR decision-making.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- 2+ years of experience in Oracle HCM development.
- Good understanding of HR processes and data modeling.
- Ability to analyze and solve technical issues with minimal supervision.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication skills in French (C1) and English (B2).
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Good understanding of SQL queries and data structures.
Language Required for the role:
- Fluent in English (B2) and French (C1).
