Porto-based opportunity with a hybrid work model (up to 3 remote days per week).
As a Junior Salesforce Support Analyst, you will join the Salesforce Factory team (BA, DEV, and QA) to help develop new features and support the Salesforce platform.
Your main responsibilities:
- Provide first-level functional and technical support to end-users for all Salesforce-related inquiries via email, ticketing system, or phone.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve Salesforce issues, including data integrity concerns, user access problems, and configuration errors.
- Escalate complex technical cases to the Squad Lead with clear, concise details when required.
- Document all support requests, resolutions, and user feedback in the ticketing system to ensure traceability and continuous improvement.
- Support basic system administration activities, such as creating/deactivating users and managing profiles and permission sets.
- Assist with monitoring Salesforce performance and identify potential areas for improvement.
- Help drive user training and adoption by creating basic training materials and supporting best-practice usage.
- Assist in maintaining standard Salesforce reports and dashboards to track key metrics and provide insights.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- 1–3 years of experience in a Salesforce support role or a similar CRM support environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and issue-resolution experience across common Salesforce scenarios.
- Familiarity with Salesforce standard objects and core functionalities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Fluent English and the ability to communicate clearly, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional user support.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification.
- Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation.
- Familiarity with data loading tools (e.g., Data Loader).
