As a Junior IT Talent Sourcer – Recruitment & Sourcing Specialist, you will be working for our client, a forward-thinking leader in connecting top IT professionals with innovative technology projects across Europe. You will play a vital role in shaping the future of IT hiring by proactively sourcing talent for diverse industries such as finance, payments, banking, insurance, healthcare, e-commerce, media, and more. Your main responsibilities:

  • Proactively sourcing top IT talent through advanced sourcing techniques and AI-powered recruitment tools
  • Acting as the first point of contact for candidates to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience
  • Building and nurturing strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Preparing detailed candidate profiles and supporting recruiters in identifying top-tier talent
  • Collaborating closely with the recruitment team to improve sourcing processes and strategies
  • Testing, using, and contributing to the development of AI and automation tools at ITDS

You're ideal for this role if you have:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT recruitment or sourcing
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on linkedin recruiter and ability to reach top talent effectively
  • Fluent in Portuguese and good in English (minimum B2 level)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • A proactive, curious mindset and motivation to grow in IT recruitment

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

  • Experience working with ATS systems and recruitment tools
  • Familiarity with AI-powered sourcing and automation tools

Language Required for the role:

  • English (Communicative level)
  • Portuguese (Fluent)
