As a Junior Application Support Engineer, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the technology solutions industry. You will play a vital role in ensuring optimal performance and support of critical applications, helping to drive client satisfaction and operational excellence.

O que vais fazer
  • Provide responsive assistance to users, troubleshooting application issues promptly and effectively
  • Monitor systems proactively to identify and resolve potential disruptions before they impact operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement fixes and improvements for existing applications
  • Document support activities, technical solutions, and recurring issues for continuous improvement
  • Assist in the configuration and deployment of application updates and patches
  • Maintain a strong understanding of client software environments to support diverse user needs
  • Support the team in ensuring compliance with internal standards and procedures
O que é pedido
  • At least 1 year of experience in application support or a related technical role
  • Strong communication skills in English (must) and French (must)
  • Basic understanding of application management, troubleshooting, and system monitoring tools
  • Familiarity with software deployment and configuration processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment with limited remote days
  • Good command of English and French
  • Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role
Valorizado
  • Relevant certifications in support or IT service management (ITIL, etc.)
  • Prior experience working in a support role within an international or multicultural environment
