  • Monitor health and resilience of mission-critical applications and underlying infrastructure.
  • Ensure comprehensive monitoring and observability across infrastructure and applications, utilizing centralized logging, alerting, KPIs, and dashboards.

  • Proven hands-on experience managing SaaS applications throughout their lifecycle and integrating them with internal and external systems.
  • Strong background supporting business-critical, highly available applications and infrastructure.
  • Deep knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change, event); certification is advantageous.
  • Practical experience with shift-based / 24/7 support models.
  • Expertise in monitoring & observability tools, centralized logging, and alerting systems.
  • Hands-on knowledge of the solution stack: REST, SOAP, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, SFTP, Kong Connect; Java, Spring Boot, Kamelets.
  • Solid experience working with AWS services: EKS, S3, RDS (PostgreSQL), ECR, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch, CloudTrail.
  • Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
  • Good understanding of typical banking IT landscapes and their availability requirements.
