As an Application Support Engineer in IT Operations, you will be working for our client, a global leader in IT services. You will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing operational efficiency by providing expert support and ensuring the stability of critical applications.

- Provide expert support for business-critical applications, ensuring smooth operation and swift issue resolution
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical problems proactively to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and deploy updates effectively
- Document incidents, resolutions, and procedures to optimize knowledge sharing
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and tools
- Assist in incident management and root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues
- Support infrastructure changes and upgrades in alignment with operational standards
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders in English and French, translating technical language into understandable insights
O que é pedido
- Minimum 2 years of experience in application support or IT operations
- Strong knowledge of application monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management
- Hands-on experience with ITSM tools and understanding of cloud and infrastructure environments
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is essential
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- English (Communicative), French (Proficient)
