IT House is looking for a System Operator for a direct placement with an end client in the digital marketing sector.
Main Responsabilities
- Configure technical settings for email campaigns;
- Monitor and optimise key deliverability metrics, including inbox placement, delivery rates, bounce rates, and spam complaints;
- Maintain and protect domain and IP reputation;
- Identify and resolve deliverability issues, ISP blocks, and blocklist incidents;
- Analyse campaign performance and implement corrective actions when required;
- Maintain accurate records and reporting on deliverability performance.
Requirements
- Degree, technical course, or at least 2 years of experience in Systems Administration, IT, or a related field;
- Working knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environments;
- Good English communication skills (B2 level or higher);
- Basic HTML knowledge to identify common email coding and rendering issues;
- Understanding of key email deliverability metrics and performance monitoring;
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills;
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
