IT House is looking for an IT 2nd Level Support for a direct placement with an end client in the Logistics and Transportation sector.
Main Responsibilities
- Support & independently resolve product-specific inquiries of our software systems.
- Manage and monitor tickets according to service level agreements.
- Prepare and monitor the weekly deployment process.
- Perform administrative tasks such as configuration, management of master data and analysis of data.
- Independent error analysis, including reproduction in a test environment if required and escalation when necessary.
- On-call duty after adequate training.
Requirements
- Career change with professional experience or completed training in IT.
- Strong communication skills, flexibility and service-oriented mindset are desirable.
- High IT affinity with an eagerness to learn new things and finding joy in solving technical challenges.
- Ability to work under pressure with organised and analytical methods.
- Good knowledge of English.
