IT House is looking for a Delivery Operator for a direct contract with an end client in the digital marketing sector.

Main Responsibilities

Set up technical settings for email campaigns;
Monitor and optimize key deliverability metrics, including inbox placement, delivery rates, bounce rates, and spam complaints;
Maintain and protect domain and IP reputation;
Identify and resolve deliverability issues, ISP blockages, and blacklist incidents;
Analyze campaign performance and implement corrective actions when necessary;
Keep accurate records and reports on deliverability performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree, technical course, or at least 2 years of experience in Systems Administration, IT, or a related field;
Practical knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environments;
Basic knowledge of HTML to identify common coding and email presentation issues;
Understanding of key email deliverability metrics and performance monitoring;
