What will you do:

  • 1st and 2nd line support on requests and incidents for ISS applications.
  • Continuous improvement of processes and tools.
  • Log, research, and resolve issues assigned to you in our ITSM platform.

Key qualifications:

  • You should, as a minimum, have completed a relevant IT education.
  • 2-5 years of experience within IT support function.
  • Willing to learn and grow with the organization.
  • Some experience with application support.
  • Good English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Exceptional communications and customer service skills.
  • Great capacity to create a high-level overview of the task at hand, at the same time while still focusing on the details.
