This could be the perfect challenge if you have:

+3 years of experience as Service Desk Operator or IT Support Specialist.
Experience with MS Office Suite and with Microsoft OS (Windows 7 and 10).
Experience in troubleshooting PCs/Laptops/Tablets, VPN, etc.
Understanding of networking and networking protocols.
Excellent knowledge of English and French (mandatory both).

Note: Hybrid schedule, 3 times a week in Lisbon.
