Cloud Architect

Responibilities

  • Analyze existing infrastructure, workloads, and dependencies
  • Support cloud migration and modernization strategies
  • Support workload migrations across AWS, Azure, and GCP
  • Design and implement migration approaches: Lift & Shift (Rehost), Replatform, Refactor / Re-Architecture, Support VMware migration and VMware exit initiatives
  • Support hybrid cloud and disaster recovery solutions Create migration waves, landing zones, and target architectures
  • Support cloud assessments, TCO/ROI analysis, and migration planning
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders during migration programs
  • Support automation and AI-assisted migration activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Skills

  • Degree in Computer Science or in similar areas.
  • Experience in cloud architecture and cloud migrations
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP (multi-cloud is a plus)
  • Experience with migration or infrastructure transformation projects
  • Good knowledge of VMware environments and migration strategies
  • Experience with hybrid cloud architectures
  • Understanding of Landing Zones, governance, and cloud best practices
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep, etc.)
  • Ability to work with both business and technical teams
  • Strong willingness to learn and evolve in cloud migration and modernization topics
  • Fluent in English - written and spoken (mandatory)
