Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Understanding and clarifying business needs.
• Structuring and maintaining clear, complete, and testable user stories.
• Ensuring well-defined acceptance criteria and continuous functional support to the team.
• Ensure the correct adoption of the Scrum framework, facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, promoting continuous improvement, and tracking team delivery and productivity.
• This is a client-facing role, with autonomy to attend and lead client meetings independently, representing the team and ensuring alignment between all parties.
• This is a versatile position for someone that enjoys being hands-on and can act as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or support functional testing activities when needed.

Skills

• Degree in Computer Science or in similar areas.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills.
• Rigor in requirements definition.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Previous experience in the banking or insurance sector and Scrum certification (PSM/CSM or equivalent) are valued.
• Fluent in English - written and spoken (mandatory).
