ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for experienced Systems Administrators to support infrastructure operations, systems reliability and technical delivery for corporate customers in the technology sector, in a hybrid work context based in Lisbon.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Administer, monitor and maintain Linux and Windows Server environments across cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
  • Manage virtualized platforms and support the availability, performance and continuity of infrastructure services.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot systems, network and application issues, ensuring timely resolution and clear technical communication.
  • Perform technical testing, prepare documentation and produce operational reporting.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to implement, optimize and standardize infrastructure solutions.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 5 or more years of professional experience in systems administration, infrastructure operations or similar technical roles.
  • Strong autonomy in complex troubleshooting, service continuity and operational support activities.
  • Professional working proficiency in English, with clear communication and documentation skills.
  • Collaborative, responsible and solution-oriented working style.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Linux and Windows Server administration.
  • VMware, Hyper-V and/or Proxmox VE.
  • Virtualization, monitoring and infrastructure troubleshooting.
  • Cloud and on-premises infrastructure operations.
  • Technical documentation, testing and reporting.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Azure or AWS experience.
  • Ansible, Bash, PowerShell or Python.
  • Relevant certifications such as RHCE, VCP, MCSE or equivalent.

COMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY

Base salary range: EUR 17 000 - EUR 28 000 gross/year

Total compensation: up to EUR 33 000/year

The salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements. Final compensation will be determined according to the candidate's profile and position requirements.
