ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to join a hybrid agile delivery context in Porto or Lisbon, supporting software engineering initiatives in the technology sector. The role focuses on Java and Angular development within a multidisciplinary squad working across product, business analysis, quality assurance and development.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Design, develop, analyze and maintain software solutions using Java and Angular.
• Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle, from analysis and implementation to testing support and delivery.
• Apply software development best practices to support quality, maintainability and continuous optimization.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance specialists and other developers in an agile-based organization.
• Participate in technical workshops with internal teams and business stakeholders.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 6 to 9 years of professional experience in software development, with strong senior-level autonomy in Java development.
• Experience working in agile project contexts and multidisciplinary delivery squads.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Collaborative, responsible and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to communicate clearly in technical discussions and contribute to shared delivery objectives.

COMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY

Base salary range: EUR 14 000 - EUR 40 000 gross/year Total compensation: up to EUR 45 000/year The salary range is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including required competencies, professional experience, level of responsibility and role requirements. Final compensation will be determined according to the candidate's profile and position requirements.
