- Develop new ServiceNow functionalities for specific business and IT needs
- Maintain and optimize ServiceNow instances, configurations and platform settings
- Support the operational condition of ServiceNow environments across international users and technical teams
- Contribute to ITSM processes, including incident, problem, change and service catalog management
- Support end-user portals, internal IT applications and business ticketing solutions
- Collaborate with technical and functional stakeholders to analyze needs and deliver reliable ServiceNow solutions

- 3 to 6 years of professional experience in software development, IT service management tools or related technical environments
- Professional working proficiency in English
